ALA i kosttillskott från Sverige
Enligt norsk lagstiftning är alfaliponsyra ALA ett läkemedel och tillstånd måste ges om det ska ingå i kosttillskott. Men MMSports AB i Askim har i sin egenkontroll upptäckt att man sålt ett ALA-innehållande kosttillskott till sitt dotterbolag Norge, som sedan ska ha sålt det vidare till konsumenter via webbshoppen mmsports.no.
